Operations and Passengers Workshop will bring executives and authorities to Wings of Change Brazil
In recent years, there has been a shift in the Latin American airport industry from a public service to a private sector industry. While this allows for greater efficiency and reduced cost, the complexity of management, regulation and supervision also increases. In order to understand the possible forms of growth of the sector, it is necessary to know how the organizations involved in the process – government, class entities and industry – are organizing.
To this end, a specific workshop on airport and passenger operations will be prepared during Wings of Change Brazil, which will be attended by the main decision-makers in the segment to discuss ways to achieve operational excellence.
The workshop will have three panels that will address the following topics: Comparative management of private airports x public; Air prospects; Stakeholder management; interoperability; Agreements to improve service levels and the operation of the main hubs in Latin America.
The following are confirmed for the workshop: Sergio Quito, Vice President of Operations at GOL Linhas Aéreas; Douglas Rebouças Almeida, Executive Director at ANEAA – Assoc. Nation of Airport Administrators; Clarissa Barros, Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management at ANAC – National Civil Aviation Agency; And Cmte Miguel Dau, Director of Operations at GRU Airport.
The Operations and Passengers Workshop takes place on the afternoon of March 31, 2017, just after the second day of the Wings of Change Brazil Plenary.
