Ana Célia Biondi, CEO of JCDecaux Brazil, is graduated in Economics at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP – Sao Paulo) with specialization in inflationary economics at Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV – Sao Paulo). Ana has been working in the out of home sector for 20 years, she began conducting a study of street furniture deployment in 1997 for Publicrono, the company responsible for street clocks in São Paulo. After the law “Cidade Limpa” (“Clean City”), she led the leasing and business for the company to compete for the notice of the city, conquering the agreement of street furniture (clocks) of São Paulo in 2012. Ana Cavalcante is the Head of International Affairs Office at the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency – ANAC. As Managing Director of Dorsch Gruppe she was before responsible for the divisions Water and Environment, Transport and Infrastructure, Airports, Structural Engineering and Industrial Plants of the Dorsch Gruppe, one of the largest German independent engineering consultant Ms. Pal has acquired extensive experience in the infrastructure development as the Senior Vice President of Global Investments and Management division of Fraport AG between 2001 and 2009. A mechatronics engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP), Giovani Amianti began to become interested in drones in 2004, when he was finishing his degree. Already idealizing the creation of XMobots, he joined the master’s degree from Poli having as research project the development of the UAV Apoena 1000B. In 2007, Giovani officially founded XMobots, a company that was born incubated at the Center of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Technology of USP (Cietec-USP) and is currently headquartered in the city of São Carlos, one of Brazil’s largest technological granaries. Founding partner of Bernardi & Schnapp Advogados, Ricardo Bernardi has extensive experience in aviation law. His practice covers the whole range of air law, including litigation associated with aircraft accidents, passenger claims, cargo claims, commercial litigation, regulatory air law and competition law issues. Owing to his experience, Ricardo was appointed as a member of the commission created by the Brazilian Federal Senate to draft a proposed bill to become the new Aeronautical Code.
Ricardo Bernardi contributed a chapter titled “Regulation of Aviation: Regular Air Transportation” in the book Regulation of the Economy in Brazil, from 2003, and the chapter “Infrastructure in Environmental Law – Airports” for the book Infrastructure in the context of Environmental Law, published in 2016. He also contributed the Brazil chapter to The Aviation Law Review, published by Law Business Research, London, in 2013. He has written articles and delivered lectures on aviation law at several institutions and universities, including the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC), the São Paulo Association of Attorneys (AASP), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Brazilian Association of Aerial and Space Law (SBDA). He is also a consultant to the SBDA, Brazil’s oldest institution dedicated to the study of aeronautic law (founded in 1942).

Ronei Glanzmann is economist of the Central Bank of Brazil, post-graduated on welfare economics and MBA on capital market. Between 2006 and 2011 he worked at the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) heading the Statistics and Market Monitoring Department and represented Brazil at the ICAO’s Statistics Panel. Since 2011 at the National Civil Aviation Secretariat (SAC), he headed the Department of Grants and Real Estate (2011/2017), and the Department of Regulatory Policies (2017/2019), leading the airports concession program, and currently he is heading the the Secretariat, at the Ministry of Infrastructure. Between 2012 and 2016. Mr. Glanzmann was the Vice-President of the Board of the Brasilia Airport Concessionaire and was a member of the Senate Commission responsible for the reviewing the Civil Aviation Brazilian Law.
